Returns and Cancellation

Decors of India believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within same day of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

Decors of India does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within same day of receipt of the products.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within same day of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

In case of any Refunds approved by the Decors of India, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

Shipping Policies

Decors of India believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal shipping policy. Under this policy:

Products will be shipped in 2-3 business days (excluding holidays) in Delhi and in rest of the states products will be shipped from 4-5 business days (excluding holidays); after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 
In the case of picking up the product from the store, the product must be picked by the customer from 4-5 days otherwise we dont take the gaurantee of the products being sold to someone else (in case of payment not made).

 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at South Delhi, New Delhi store. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 0-1 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 10am - 9pm on all days of the week. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
